After many years of caring for the pets and families of Daleville, Indiana, we want to share an important update with our valued community. As of February 13, 2026, Country Critters Veterinary Hospital has permanently closed and is no longer offering veterinary appointments at this location.

Medical Records and Prescription Information 

To request your pet’s medical records, please contact South Anderson Veterinary Clinic.  Please allow 72 business hours for electronic records and about one week for mailed copies. For basic vaccine history and due dates, response time is two business days. Basic medical information is also accessible anytime through the PetDesk app. Please note: Prescriptions are no longer written or refilled at the former Country Critters location.
